in 2018 we provided over 600 hours of hands-on event support for full time event planners. These are highly skilled event planners who just didn’t have enough hours in the day. We focused on the details so they could focus on their day jobs.

We take care of all that for you! You give us your criteria and we will find you the right place. We do all the research, vetting and communications. All you need to do is pick the place, ask clarifying questions and present the contracted venue to your stakeholder.

Hotel Research Contracting & Negotiation

We have researched, negotiated and contracted hundreds of hotel room blocks. We regularly save our clients 5-20% on their hotel room blocks. We know what to ask for and how to negotiate the best deal.

As a travel agent I am able to receive commission from hotels for sleeping rooms booked in a block. I split this commission with my client 50/50. I have a client that saved $40,000 on their hotel bill and on top of that they received a commission refund check for $1,997.24.
